I didn't like that upon cheque in my room wasn't available. I wasn't informed of needing a credit card to secure the security eolith and was almost turned away. Had to wait over an 60 minutes for a room. Cleanliness was defective in the suite.

I would like to commend the entire staff at the Delta in Baltimore. My room was clean, loved the bathroom and towels! The decor of the room was well washed. The bed was very comfortable and the linens were all fantabulous. The entrance hall and other mutual areas were all very clean and well decorated as well. I met several of the front desk folks and would add that Jasmine and Jay in particular are bang-up "People Persons" and enjoyed speaking with them very much! The engineer that took intendance of a minor issue showed up quickly and was very cordial and professional. I was the Main Engineer of a Hilton belongings and know how tough the hospitality business organization is and the staff at Delta are TOP SHELF!! Sincerely, Michael L. Cape U.S. Navy (RET)

This was be of the worst hotels I have been to. The customer service was nice merely the hotel itself was non a great place to stay. The room was uncomfortably cold no affair what number the temperature was on. At that place was no comforter or blanket just some sheets, and they had stains on them already! My towels had some type of red substance on it and I had to go downwardly stairs to become new ones. The TV remote didn't even match the TV, the tv would turn off every hr or then because nosotros didn't use the remote merely we were watching goggle box. There wasn't any push on the remote to terminate it either. Also the ice automobile was broken on our floor so we had to become to another floor to use hat floor's microwave and ice machine. Of course that microwave was icky and filthy to the point of no use. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone ! Information technology'due south not worth the stay nor the $fifty they take every dark you stay! If I could inquire for a refund I would!

The hotel was nifty, the bed is super comfy , the only matter was my child was hungry late dark and the option were limited , and I paid for a loving cup Of cereal and milk viii.00 , for that piece I think nosotros could have better options . And it doesn't accept parking , you have to paid extra 40dlls for i night !!!

The holding was a bit small. Room Service was non equally described in the carte du jour in the room. Needed more trash buckets. Sheets had holes in them and the comforter was stained.
